Nidan Rath
A special Mobile Dispensary Van to conduct diagnostics tests of people such as blood test, urine test, and others. This van will also conduct soil test to check the salinity and productivity of soil.
Water test will also to conducted to determine whether the water is consumable by humans and cattle.
Vigyan Rath
There are about 46 villages around Loksadhana. Not all the schools here have state or art teaching and laboratory facilities.
Loksadhana intends to extend the facilities such as practicals that require expert faculty and equipment through a mobile van which can go to a new school evry week and students there can perform practicals and get a better understanding of the topic.
Multi-Speciality Hospital
Loksadhana intends to set up a multi-speciality hospital in the surrounding area to provide a cost effective measure to take care of health of the citizens and kids in the nearby villages.
Community Living Project
This is a proposed community living centre for socially responsible citizens. Here, people who have stayed abroad or in cities for several years would like to spend rest of their lives in village for a social cause.
This centre will have all the basic amenities needed by the people who would like to contribute to the society.
Lokmanya Library Building
“Lokmanya Granthalay” is functioning since 1984. This library is recognized by the Government of Maharashtra (Registration No. E 507 Maharashtra). At present it is in “B” category of the Libraries and has over 20 thousand books.
It is computerised and employs capable librarian, clerk and helper. We wish to bring this library in the “A” category.
Social Responsible Worker Development Centre
Loksadhana intends to develop training curriculum like Masters program in Social
Work, Basics of Sustainable Development, Basics of Ecology and Economy, Rural
Entrepreneurship Development, etc.
The students of the centre would have experiential subjects, which would lead to development of their skills, values, awareness, sensitivity and all-round personality.
