what is loknirman?

At Loksadhana, we see leadership as growing out of empathy, reflection and action. Loknirman is a 10-day residential camp for young people from all over India to question, relate and discover their role in change and leave as people with values, purpose and lifelong connections.

Loknirman is open to young people who are ready to learn, connect, and lead with purpose.

Selection:

A careful screening process shortlists around 100 participants for the camp

Application

Applications will be reviewed to ensure diversity, and candidates whose profiles align closely with social work will be shortlisted

Interview Round

Around 100 shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews

Selected candidates will be added to a WhatsApp group, where further details and next steps will be shared
